A curriculum vitae is useful when applying for international, academic, education, scientific, or research positions or when applying for fellowships or grants. You may be required to submit a CV in addition to or instead of a resume. A CV includes detailed information highlighting academic achievements and may also be submitted for grant applications, fellowships, merit/tenure review, consulting and submissions to editorial review boards.
